Aveyron - Originally a part of the Languedoc-Rousillion - Now a part of L'Occitanie

Aveyron is a Department in the l'Occitanie Region of South-central France taking its name from the Aveyron River.

Situated in the land-locked Central South of France.

The Aveyron corresponds, more or less, with the region known as "The Ségala"
